The West Virginia Development Office (WVDO) has published the Substantial Amendment to the 2016 CDBG-DR Action Plan as a condition for receiving an additional $45,595,000 in CDBG-DR funds to assist with recovery efforts from the June 2016 flood. A public meeting will be held at 6 pm on November 2, 2017, at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg. Public comments will be accepted until November 3, 2017, and can be submitted via:
